Forter was honored to join AWS at their NRF booth to highlight a critical focus for retailers: building trust in digital commerce. Doriel Abrahams, Principal Technologist at Forter, demonstrated how merchants can create seamless customer experiences while safeguarding against fraud and abuse.
As Doriel shared, trust is more than just reducing risk — it’s about enabling merchants to identify good customers and create frictionless journeys that drive growth. Take Brooklinen, for example: by leveraging Forter’s Trust Platform, the brand achieved a 99.87% approval rate, saved $1.5 million in revenue from reseller and reshipper abuse, and maintained a chargeback rate as low as 0.02%.
